Fibonacci house in Lent, Nijmegen

“A playful, separate, not everyday house. Ecologically built and with a vegetable garden on the roof. ”

With these starting points we started with the design for the home of Thomas and Wilma Klijn. Characteristic of the house is the high tower that is built according to a “Fibonacci spiral”. In this tower are the bedrooms, bathroom and technical room. The low-rise building, characterized by its red lime plaster and large glass façade on the south, houses the living room, kitchen and study room.
